All regular Burbank Sanitary District board meetings begin at 7:30PM, unless noted on the posted agenda.

On December 6th, 2007 the Board said goodbye to Board President Joe Carpenter with a Resolution of Commendation. Director Carpenter has served the district through several terms and a major transition in service.

On May 12th, 2007 the District hosted a Public Meeting at Luther Burbank School to discuss the new solid waste service which became effective July 2nd, 2007. Residents have since receiveed three new "carts" (Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Waste). If you need new or different carts, call GWR at 408-283-4800.

On July 2nd, Green Waste Recovery began picking up yard waste, garbage, and recyling every Monday.
